PROJECT OVERVIEW
Agentra is an AI-powered customer support platform for e-commerce businesses. It brings live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels into one shared helpdesk, where AI can answer common questions and hand more complex conversations over to a human agent.
CLIENT REQUIREMENT
The client needed a complete support platform that could manage conversations from different channels, reduce repetitive work and make it easier for support teams to understand each customer without switching between multiple tools.
SOLUTION
I worked on the product design and overall user experience, including the inbox, AI agent, conversation view, customer details, channel setup and helpdesk features. The interface was kept simple so agents could quickly understand conversations and take action.
OUTCOME
The final platform gives e-commerce businesses one place to manage customer support, automate routine conversations and smoothly transfer customers to human agents when personal assistance is needed.
