Bonafide Tax Portal is a secure platform where clients can upload their documents, check the status of their submission and see whether anything needs to be updated or resubmitted.

The client needed a simpler way to collect and review tax documents without relying on long email conversations. Clients also needed a clear way to follow the progress of their submission.

I designed and developed separate areas for clients and the admin team. Clients can submit files and view updates, while the admin can review submissions, change their status, request corrections and view useful analytics.

The portal keeps documents, updates and client communication organised in one place, making the submission and review process easier for both the business and its clients.
